PDF Printer Driver and Batch Converter 1.0

Our PDF Printer Driver and Batch Converter is 100% free and allows you to convert and document (MS Word, Excel, HTML etc) into a PDF! Installation and use is simple and it doesn't cost anything.

The PDF Printer part creates one or more printers which can then be used to print to from Word, Excel or any application which has a print menu item. Instead of printing the document it will convert it into a PDF file as if it had been printed.

The Batch converter part allows you to convert document files directly into PDFs from Windows Explorer! Simply right-click on one or more files and select Convert to PDF - what could be easier!


Here's a couple of examples of use:

1. Printing directly to PDF:

In this case we'll use the PDF Printer to create a PDF from an open Word document.



2. Batch-convert a couple of Word documents:

Here we're going to select the files to convert, right-click on them and use the "Convert to PDF" context menu item. Simple!

System requirements

In order to install the PDF Printer Driver you will need a PC with Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 or NT 4, 2 MB of Hard Disk space. Although not entirely necessary it is recommended that you have Adobe's Acrobat Viewer installed which you can get free by clicking here.
